About the Millet King
Millet King Foods of Canada Inc was established in 2010 and is owned and operated by Reynald R. J. Gauthier a fourth generation farmer, living and farming in the small French settlement of Saint-Claude, Manitoba. Reynald holds a diploma in Agriculture from University of Manitoba.
About our Millet
Using only the highest quality seed, the crops start with a well-prepared seedbed and a lot of tender care. We take every precaution to allow the crop to reach full maturity and develop kernels that are consistent in size and color for a superior product and unsurpassed flavour.
About our Farm
Our farm is located in Saint-Claude, Manitoba in an area that is known for its Newdale clay loam soil. That unique black topsoil along with our soil husbandry practices and mindful tillage provides ideal growing conditions for millet of unsurpassed flavour.
